Apple treats its employees quite horribly
From the NY Times’ excellent report about the workers who construct Apple’s products:
Banners on the walls warned the 120,000 employees: “Work hard on the job today or work hard to find a job tomorrow.”
Read the whole story. It’s Pulitzer-worthy.
“And right now, customers care more about a new iPhone than working conditions in China.”
Reading this story from my Macbook screen was more that a little heart-wrenching.
